Refund policy
At EuroKits Vault, your satisfaction is our priority. We stand behind the quality of our football kits. If you are not fully satisfied, you may return your unworn item(s) in original condition within 90 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
Return Conditions:

Item must be unused, unworn, and in its original state with all tags and packaging.

Customized jerseys (with names, numbers, or patches) are final sale unless defective due to our error.

Returns that do not meet these conditions may be subject to a partial refund or rejection.
How to Return:

Contact Us: Email [email protected] to request a Return Authorization (RA) number.

Pack & Ship: Include all original items and packaging, plus a note with your order number and preference (refund/exchange). Ship to the address we provide.

Return Shipping: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to our mistake.
Refunds:

Upon receipt and inspection, we will notify you of your refund status.

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Exchanges:

Exchanges depend on stock availability. If unavailable, a refund will be issued.

Customers cover return shipping for exchanges, unless initiated by our error.
